2010 FIREWORKS DISPLAY
The Township is seeking proposals for Fireworks Display to be held on July 3, 2010. To obtain a copy of the specifications please contact Robert Castagna, Purchasing Agent at 609-567-0700. All proposals are to be returned no later than 4:00 pm, Tuesday, February 2, 2010. Return proposals to Winslow Township, 125 South Route 73, Braddock, NJ 08037; Attention Robert Castagna. Proposals may be faxed to Robert Castagna, Purchasing Agent at 609-567-3730. This contract shall be awarded based on price and other factors including but not limited to vendor qualifications, experience, artistic ability and safety record.

1. PROPOSALS: Sealed proposals for the following: BASE AND MOBILE TWO-WAY RADIO SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE for the Township of Winslow will be received at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Municipal Building, located at 125 South Route #73, Braddock, New Jersey. Bids will not be accepted after the specified time. Proposals must be on the official proposal form which can be obtained from the Municipal Clerk, Township of Winslow, 125 South Route #73, Braddock, New Jersey, 08037. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Municipal Clerk, Township of Winslow, 125 South Route #73, Braddock, New Jersey 08037 and identified as “Bid – BASE AND MOBILE TWO-WAY RADIO SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE”.
Specifications provide for receipt of bids by mail. Those bids which are mailed to the contracting unit shall be sealed, properly marked and shall only be opened for examination at such time and place as all bids received are unsealed and announced.
The Township Committee and its Solicitor will be the sole discretionary body for consideration or rejection of the proposals.
