REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Utility Consultant Sealed proposals for a Utility Consultant for the Township of Winslow will be received no later than 2:00 pm May 22, 2008, at which time proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Municipal Building, located at 125 South Route #73, Braddock, New Jersey. Proposals will not be accepted after the specified time. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to Joseph Gallagher, Administrator, Township of Winslow Municipal Building, 125 South Route #73, Braddock, New Jersey 08037

Kali Road Traffic Light 1. PROPOSALS: Sealed proposals for the following: Kali Road Traffic Signal Relocation for the Township of Winslow will be received at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Municipal Building, located at 125 South Route #73, Braddock, New Jersey. Bids will not be accepted after the specified time. Proposals must be on the official proposal form which can be obtained from the Municipal Clerk, 125 South Route #73, Braddock, New Jersey, 08037. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Municipal Clerk, Township of Winslow Municipal Building, 125 South Route #73, Braddock, New Jersey 08037 and identified as “Bid – Kali Road Traffic Signal Relocation”.
Specifications provide for receipt of bids by mail. Those bids which are mailed to the contracting unit shall be sealed, properly marked and shall only be opened for examination at such time and place as all bids received are unsealed and announced.
The Township Committee and its Solicitor will be the sole discretionary body for consideration or rejection of the proposals.
