DURING THE MEETING

Find a quiet location with a good internet connection. Close all other applications on your device to ensure the best performance. You will not need a webcam for this meeting.

A laptop or device with a video camera is preferred for the public to use. Headsets or earbuds are recommended as well. Please note that any headset or earbuds must contain a microphone. If you have something that works during phone calls, it will work for this meeting.

It is recommended that you join early in order to address any technical issues you may have before the meeting begins.

When you click on the meeting link, you may be asked to enter your name and other basic information. You will then be directed into the meeting. You will be asked whether you would like to use computer/ internet audio or phone audio. Internet audio is preferred. 

Please mute your microphone when you’re not speaking. This will reduce cross-talk and background noise. It will be muted by default and the meeting administrator may mute your microphone during the meeting if necessary.
