SHINGLES VACCINE BEING OFFERED TO RESIDENCE 50 YEARS AND OLDER
Winslow Township will be hosting a Shingles Vaccination Site offered by Rite Aid Pharmacy in the courtroom on Thursday, July 26, 2012 from 1pm-3:30pm to residents 50 years and older.
Please contact Marie Tomasello @ 609-567-0700 x 2060 to receive a pre-registration form that must be completed and submitted for approval by the pharmacy before the vaccine can be administered.
The Shingles Vaccine is covered by most Medicare Part D plans, and copay assistance is available for most 3rd party insurances.
