On or about September 9, 2013The Township of Winslow Department of Municipal Utilities will be in the process of conducting maintenance on the 2 million gallon elevated water storage tank located on Chews Landing Road.

The maintenance process will require the elevated tank to be isolated from the water distribution system for approximately 60 days.

Areas of the water distribution system may experience lower than normal water pressures and some discoloration.

The DMU will be installing temporary water storage tanks on site to assure that a minimum operating pressure of 20 psi is maintained as required by the NJDEP.
