Winslow Township 18th Annual Halloween Festival will be held Saturday, October 19, 2013 (rain date Saturday, October 26, 2013) at Miller’s Mulch, 625 South Egg Harbor Road (Rt. 561), Hammonton, New Jersey, from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm.
