Applications for Marriage Licenses and Civil Unions will be taken by appointment only.

Counter Hours are 8:30 am to 4:00 pm for requesting Vital Records  

Vital Records are not public record. New Jersey law protects and restricts the release of Vital Records. If the event (Marriage, Death, Birth) occurred in Winslow Township, the Vital Record can be obtained through this office. The Registrar must authenticate the identity of the person requesting the record and their relationship with the subject of the vital record.  The person requesting a vital record must provide the EXACT NAME, THE EXACT PLACE AND THE EXACT DATE for the vital record being requested.

Dayna Pitts, Secretary to the Winslow Township Board of Health handles the following:

• Reports Mosquito complains/problems to the Camden Co. Mosquito Commission.
• Directs all environmental and health complaints to the Camden County Dept. of Health & Human Services for inspection.
