1. PROPOSALS:  Sealed proposals for the following: Provide and Collect Front Load Container & Roll Off Containers for the Township of Winslow will be received at 10:00 am on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at which time bids will be  opened via the OpenGov Procurement Portal. Bids will not be accepted after the specified time.    All proposals shall be submitted through the  OpenGov Procurement Portal.  Bids will be publicly posted on the OpenGov eProcurement portal.
   The Township Committee and its Solicitor will be the sole discretionary body for consideration or rejection of the proposals.
2. PRE-BID MEETING:  A pre-bid meeting and site inspection will be held on Monday, May 11, 2026 at 10:00 am, prevailing time via 125 South Route 73, Braddock, NJ 08037.  All interested parties are invited to attend.  Failure of any bidder to attend the pre-bid meeting and site inspection shall not exempt that contractor from fulfilling all the terms of this contract.
3. SPECIFICATIONS: Specification and Form of Bid for “Provide and Collect Front Load Container & Roll Off Containers” can be viewed at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/winslowtownship.
4. AFFIRMATIVE ACTION REGULATIONS:  Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
