LEGAL NOTICE(S)
Notice is hereby given that at a regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Winslow held on July 8, 2026, the following Resolutions were memorialized:
ZR2026-023 granting the application of Philip Foschini for "Bulk" variance relief with respect to the property identified as Block 1502, Lot 16, which is more commonly known as 450 Tansboro Road.
ZR2026-024 granting the application of Diana A. Thistle for "Bulk" variance relief with respect to the property identified as Block 117, Lot 10.01, which is more commonly known as 510 Evergreen Avenue.
ZR2026-025 granting the application of James and Mary Holloway, for "Bulk" variance relief with respect to the property identified as Block 12802, Lot 26, which is more commonly known as 11 Blossom Trail.
ZR2026-026 granting the application of Todd and Gabrielle Gordon for D2 Use Variance relief with respect to the property identified as Block 6309, Lot 12.03, which is more commonly known as 246 E. Central Avenue.
ZR2026-027 granting the application of New Life Group of NJ, LLC for Use Variance relief and a Waiver from the requirement to obtain Site Plan approval with respect to the property identified as Block 2201, Lot 5, which is more commonly known as 521 Sicklerville Road.
ZR2026-028 to grant a one year permit extension as requested by WM Capital, LLC, with respect to the property identified as Block 2201, Lot 10, which is more commonly known as 519 Sicklerville Road, so as to extend the previously granted relief and approvals until September 10, 2027.
ZR2026-029 designating the Board's professional consultants to determine the Administrative Completeness of applications for the Winslow Township Zoning Board of Adjustment pending the formal determination by the Zoning Board at Regular Meetings.
