LEGAL NOTICE(S)

Notice is hereby given that at a regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Winslow held on September 9, 2026, the following Resolutions were memorialized:

ZR2026-030 granting the application of Anthony Bailey and Alfina Bailey for "Bulk" variance relief with respect to the property identified as Block 6601, Lot 46.02, which is more commonly known as 573 E. Fleming Pike.  

ZR2026-031 granting the application of Deborah and Thomas McGrail for "Bulk" variance relief with respect to the property identified as Block 12701, Lot 8, which is more commonly known as 50 Stone Hollow Drive.

ZR2026-032 granting the application of Estelle Streater-Davis for "Bulk" variance relief with respect to the property identified as Block 3143, Lot 6, which is more commonly known as 2 Lilac Lane.

ZR2026-033 granting the application of Serv Pro, Inc. for Use Variance relief, approval of a Minor Site Plan and to approve a Change of Use with respect to the property identified as Block 108, Lot 1, which is more commonly known as 525 Oakland Avenue.
