LEGAL NOTICE

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Township of Winslow, Camden County, New Jersey, for:  Various Positions - Professional Services

The Request for Proposals (RFP), including all specifications, forms, instructions, terms and conditions, will be available electronically through the Township of Winslow’s OpenGov Procurement Portal beginning October 1, 2026.

Interested respondents may obtain the complete RFP documents and submit proposals electronically through the OpenGov Procurement Portal in accordance with the requirements contained therein.

Proposals must be submitted electronically through the OpenGov Procurement Portal no later than 10:00 am on November 24, 2026. Proposals will be opened electronically through the OpenGov Procurement Portal on November 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

No proposal shall be considered unless it is submitted electronically through the OpenGov Procurement Portal in accordance with the requirements set forth in the RFP.

The Township of Winslow reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or non-material irregularities in the proposals received, and to award the contract in accordance with applicable law and the Township’s RFP requirements.

Respondents are advised to carefully review the RFP documents for all requirements, including required forms, certifications, insurance requirements, non-collusion requirements, and any applicable New Jersey statutory requirements.
