Fourth Round (2025–2035) Housing Information

Overview

Winslow Township is committed to meeting its affordable housing obligations under the New Jersey Fair Housing Act and the Fourth Round housing requirements for the period 2025 through 2035.

In 2024, the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs released calculations identifying each municipality’s affordable housing obligation for this planning period. These calculations help municipalities plan for the development of housing that is affordable to low- and moderate-income households.

Winslow Township is working to meet these obligations through its Housing Element and Fair Share Plan, zoning strategies, and partnerships with housing providers.

Present Need (Rehabilitation Obligation): 102 UNITS
Prospective Need (2025-2035): 278 UNITS

These obligations are determined using the methodology established by the State of New Jersey.

Available affordable units are typically marketed through a lottery system administered by the project’s Administrative Agent: (Triad Associates)

Annual Monitoring and Reports

Municipalities must report affordable housing activity and trust fund activity annually and make this information publicly available.
