All meetings are held at the Municipal Building on 125 S. Route 73, Braddock, NJ. If the meeting will be changed to be conducted virtually, you can find that information posted in the Courier Post and/or Hammonton Gazette. It will also be posted at http://www.winslowtownship.com/ under announcements. It will also be available by clicking the button on the main page for Meeting Schedules.
Review of any Planning or Zoning Board Agendas or applications that have been filed in the office may be reviewed here between the hours of 9 a.m.to 4:00 p.m., located at 125 South Route 73 (the W.T. Municipal Complex). Our office is in the double wide office trailer in the rear with the handicap ramp in front.

You may purchase Zoning Maps & Street Maps in the Clerk's office for $12.50 each. You can also contact the Township Clerk's Office to purchase Code or Land Use Books.

Zoning Permit Process & Application
Zoning permits are required prior to the start of any improvement on your property. including and not limited to: erecting/replacing a fence, adding an addition, placing a shed/pole barn/garage, adding a new deck or expanding a existing deck, placing a pool, adding patio pavers and/or concrete slabs, solar (roof or ground mounted), generators, and any other structure or applicable improvement to the property. (if you are unsure if a permit is required, please contact the office at 609-567-0700 ext. 6)
For a Zoning Permit to be issued, the following must be submitted with the Zoning Permit application: 1. a recent copy of a survey of the property, showing all existing structures and the proposed work indicated on the survey itself 2. $25.00 fee for processing 3. HOA approval (if applicable) for the specific type of work
Please note, homeowners must be current on their taxes and water/sewer bills for the Township before a permit will be issued. If a permit is placed on hold for any reason, the applicant/homeowner will be contacted and have 30 days to submit the required information, before the permit will be denied and require re-submission.
